Simply visit our shop page and browse a selection of stunning bouquets. It doesn't matter where your flowers are going, as all our local florists are able to make the flowers exactly as they appear on our website. All you need to do is pick your favorite, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Does your service offer same-day flower delivery in the Philippines?
Yes! Place your order by 2 PM for same-day delivery across the Philippines. If you prefer next-day delivery, be sure to select the correct date in the checkout.
Can I get flowers delivered in the UK on a Sunday?
Sunday delivery isn't currently available, but all our florists are able to deliver Monday to Saturday.
Can I schedule a flower delivery for a future date?
Absolutely! You can schedule your flower delivery up to 30 days in advance—just select your preferred date when adding your bouquet to the basket. For busy periods like Valentines and Christmas, this service may not be available due to the increase in flower prices in these periods.
Can I add extras like chocolates or cards to my orders?
Yes! Personalize your gift by adding chocolates, candles, vases, or even balloons. Simply use the ‘Add-Ons’ filter on the shop page to select your extras. It may be that the florist can't deliver exactly the chocolates and vases shown on our website, but the value will be the same and you won't be disappointed.
Can I include a personalized message with my flowers?
Of course! Your heartfelt message will be handwritten on a notecard and sealed for privacy. The message card section is on the product page before you enter the checkout.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to let us know what to do if the recipient isn’t available. You can request that we leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe place, ensuring they’re ready to surprise your loved one when they return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay for a seamless and secure checkout experience.
How are my flowers protected during delivery? What if they arrive damaged?
We take great care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
How long will my flowers last?
Depending on the flower type, bouquets typically last between 5 to 14 days. Following our care tips will help extend their freshness.
How can I make my flowers stay fresh longer?
To keep your blooms vibrant for as long as possible, trim the stems, change the water every three days, and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat. For more detailed tips, check out our flower care guide.
Do you deliver outside the Philippines?
Yes! We also partner with florists across the world and deliver to most English-speaking countries. If you would like to place an order internationally, switch to our UK site - Floral Delights UK - and select the country or flag where you would like your flowers to be delivered.
